It has a California English cottage, wine country, and bungalow vibe. The dining room and guest house have vaulted ceilings and natural light. The back new guest house is a modern farmhouse cottage with a loft, kitchenette, and full bathroom. It can be used for shooting or for a production office, hair and make-up room, or a green room. There is an ample open space under a giant coastal oak tree in the back, plenty of outdoor tables for eating, a fire pit area, and a garden. Five beautiful citrus trees, lavender, rosemary, and flowers fill the property's outside. There is also parking for trucks or tandem parking for at least 8 cars on the property AND a 2-acre basecamp for rent two houses down. This is the perfect Santa Clarita filming location with ample open space and lush gardens.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
