All bookers will have private parking right in front of the property. There is special secure parking for electric and special bikes. When you enter the property after parking, you pass through a pathway that is designed uniquely with handpicked herbs, flora and fauna amalgamated with unique landscaping. The white river stone pathway and the garden bench are perfect to sit and relax few precious moments watching butterflies, hummingbirds, and flowers with mesmerizing background nature views. The front door of the accommodation is modern with keyless entry. The door has 24X7 monitoring with CCTV and a doorbell camera. When you enter the apartment it has a coat hanger and cupboard for your belongings. The living room is uniquely designed with so many elements. The front wall is made with petrified seasoned wood rocks with a beautiful remote-operated gas fireplace. The fireplace mantle is made with the seasoned preserved wood trunk. The living room has a huge 12’ window with a garden view. It has a Modern Sectional sofa bed which is perfect to spend the night with your loved ones watching your favorite movie by the fireplace. The living room has a 45” Sony smart tv with free Netflix, Prime Video, Disney + , YouTube etc. A couple of coffee tables around make you comfortable with whatever beverage or food you want to enjoy in the living room. The sofa bed turns into a queen bed, the cupboard has an extra blanket, pillow, and sheets to spend your comfortable night. The living room is carpeted which is so clean that you can chill sitting down on the floor by the fireplace. The living room also has a remote operated two in one, fan and light which is perfect for those lazy holidays. The big French door fridge is located right in the living room with a double-drawer freezer, fresh water, and ice dispenser. You walk into the big bedroom with a huge California King Size bed. The bedroom has an ample amount of furniture, lamps, and fan for your comfortable night. The room is well lit with an LED designer chandelier. The bedroom is carpeted which makes it so cozy. The bedroom has another smart tv with free Netflix, Prime Video, Disney + , YouTube etc. The kitchen is well-lit with led pot lights. It has all modern appliances with granite countertop, Over-hood Big microwave, electric cooking range stove with baking, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher and lots of crockery, cooking utensils, cutlery, cooking pans, pots and all necessary supplies for cooking a perfect meal. Coffee filter, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, dishwasher pods etc are supplied. The kitchen also has a beautiful compact granite table with high chairs to enjoy your meals in comfort. Through the kitchen hallway, you enter the Private Washroom which has a standing shower with a modern shower head and hand shower. The toilet seat has a perfect bidet with a female cleanser for your perfect hygiene. The sink has cupboards for storage and a hairdryer, which is perfect after a relaxing shower. The sitting area has outdoor furniture with a heavy-duty umbrella. An outdoor barbecue is available for rent in this area. Pool Deck chairs are placed by the pool with a small table for comfortable relaxation. You can hear birds chirping with water sounds from the creek which makes it so priceless. The backyard also has a 6 seater Hottub with a beautiful square LED lit umbrella. Hottub is just perfect to enjoy your cold nights with amazing serene views. The hot tub is available by appointment only, which you’ll have to request on your booking and we will confirm the availability. Access to the laundry is available for extra fees.
