About the Space
Fully furnished office space with one large couch 2 arm chairs and one office chair. There is a desk a bookshelf and a tv stand. The Rv stand has a 55” tv on it that is fully functional. There are led strip lights that can be controlled as well as a ring light for creating content. THERE ARE SNACKS! We don’t mind you having a snack but please be considerate. There is also a designated area for eating if you need to eat while here. This is a fully functioning office with all the amenities & perks that can also be used for content creation for YouTube TikTok & Instagram.

We disinfect after every use as well as vacuum. We ensure the area is cleaned and ready for use for each person.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
