About the Space
Welcome to GTR’s thoughtfully designed wellness environment. Our space is available for conferences, meetings, therapy sessions, psychiatry appointments, acupuncture, massage therapy, chiropractic services, and other holistic experiences. This newly constructed space features modern furnishings, curated artwork representing the BIPOC community, excellent lighting, and vibrant yet calming tones intentionally selected to promote relaxation and emotional safety. Soft ambient music, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, and a fully stocked kitchenette with refrigerator and Keurig enhance comfort and convenience. The layout includes: • A welcoming reception area • Seven uniquely designed treatment rooms, each equipped with couches and/or chairs • Two treatment rooms with medical beds • A dedicated co-working area with comfortable seating Providers may select the room that best meets their clinical or professional needs. Please note that movement between treatment rooms is not permitted unless arranged in advance or the entire space is reserved. Each treatment room features glass doors and windows. For privacy, we provide curtains and sound-buffering measures to maintain confidentiality and comfort. PLEASE NOTE: THERE ARE ADD-ON CHARGES FOR ADDITIONAL GUESTS USE OF THE CONFERENCE ROOM.

Our space has COVID-19 committee that is continuously following CDS guidelines. We have a cleaning company that sanitizes all surfaces, and we also provide cleaning materials for your use.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
