About the Space
This first level space of a traditional West Philly Row house is for the art enthusiast. It is great for photo shoots, work meetings, mini jam sessions, book clubs, and small gatherings for no more than 15 adults. The space consists of an open layout of a living room, dining room, 2 seater bar counter, galley way style with a serving area kitchen and an office with two desks. There’s one full bathroom on the 2nd level. Guests can enjoy both a TV suspended from the ceiling in the kitchen and a mounted flat screen TV in the living room, wi-fi, an available IPad, books, various types of seating and low lighting, ceiling fans, air conditioning, full kitchen and a gallery of abstract artwork.

We use Lysol disinfectant wipes as well as Microban disinfectant spray. We space out our bookings to allow cleaning.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
