The space includes 10 fully equipped workstations, a large conference room suitable for team discussions or breakout sessions, and an open layout that supports easy movement between individual and group work. Floor-to-ceiling glass, high ceilings, and natural light create an energizing environment for longer working days. A dedicated patio provides a comfortable option for breaks, informal conversations, or light entertaining. The unit is easily accessible from the street and garage, making load-in, setup, and transitions throughout the day straightforward. The upstairs level—furnished more like a home and designed for off-sites, workshops, and facilitated sessions—is also available. Booking both floors together works especially well for teams that want to separate collaboration upstairs from focused or production-oriented work downstairs, and discounted rates may be available for full-building or multi-day bookings. Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
