This property is made for entertaining and beautiful productions, with a large enclosed courtyard, grassy area, fountain, and a beautiful indoor pool. The indoor space can be utilized in many different ways, from intimate dinners and photoshoots to large scale film shoots highlighting the different rooms including the brightly lit living room, the classic library, and the full wall mirrored yoga room. The outdoor courtyard is a dream space, with a full size fountain, string lighting, cantera stones, and a large grassy lounge area. The rental rates include the full outdoor space, including the beautiful courtyard, stone garden, and front yard area. Along with partial indoor areas downstairs. Full indoor access is available for an additional fee, please reach out for specifics. With every rental, you have access to bathrooms and a "green room" indoors. For production, we've hosted everything from small product shoots to production teams of 40+. The outdoor stone garden is perfect for a smaller group gatherings, dinners, or shoots.
