Our ranch dates back to the first working equestrian properties in Livermore. We have open spaces, rolling hills + all the space needed to perfect your production. A bridge, archways, HUGE white barn with hand hewn beams and all the charm you need for a backdrop. We're super easy to get to with easy access off HW 580, plentiful parking and space and room for all sized productions, small to large. Looking for the perfect place to shoot your ranch or equestrian related commercial or photoshoot? Fashion photoshoot needing horses and Western vibe? We have that. Need a white barn with clean modern English style vibe? Our specialty. Our ranch offers rolling hills, skyline views, pastures, open spaces and over 120-acres of rustic ranch in addition to our clean, modern pristine show barn. We've hosted large and small scale commercials, private photoshoots and ongoing c commercial shoots for ranch-related and fashion photography products. We have multiple locations and buildings available depending on your needs.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
