About the Space
Our studio space consists of two rooms roughly 240 sq ft each divided with a glass studio window between. The control room is set up for full service audio production and songwriting up to 32 tracks at a time. The tracking room is a more flexible space with the ability to move pieces around. Both spaces can be used for any number of projects - audio and video recording, photo shoots, even team meetings. This space also has flexible lighting options. There is no natural light in either room. Audio and video gear list can be provided upon request.

While we do have our space professionally cleaned the space itself is split into two rooms of roughly 250 square feet each - 500 total. The rooms have 9' ceilings.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
