About the Space
Bright loft with 14 foot ceilings with own ground level entrance, located in Mount Pleasant. Building has work/live zoning. The space is located in the MainSpace building, is great for photo shoots. The fee gives any clients access to the suite all day long, hours totally flexible, bring your own equipment and leave the loft as you found it at the end of the day. Entire loft is 950 square feet with a 350 square foot patio area. Most ideal for photographers who are interested in setting up at one spot for a day and booking multiple clients.

The space is cleaned in between bookings, surfaces are wiped down, we are used to using it as a short term rental, and we keep the cleaning up to those standards.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
