A billowing Pepper Tree creates whimsy in the breeze. A fire pit warms the starry nights. This space has the potential for you to host something special!

All surfaces and areas are sanitized before and after each booking. We ask that you do your part in maintaining a neat end orderly environment while enjoying the space. One trash bin and one recycling bin on site. Boxes and excess trash must be taken with you when you leave.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
