Welcome to Creative Block Studio's Black & Brown Luxe Production Suite This booking includes access to two signature sets: • Brown Warm Luxe Set • Noir Black Set • 1 Professional Strobe Light for flash photography (Godox MS300 + Modifier + Trigger) • Up to 8 Guests Included Designed for editorial portraits, branding sessions, graduation shoots, and high-impact content creation. Session Timing Your reserved time includes: • Set up • Hair & Makeup • Production • Breakdown, clean up, and full exit If your session is scheduled from 12 PM – 1 PM, the space must be fully cleared by 1 PM. To maintain the experience for all guests, overtime is not permitted. Please reserve the full amount of time needed for your production. Booking Details • $90 per hour • Bring your own photographer or book one of our in-house creatives at a preferred rate @44shots.atl × @CapturedByLana Studio Guidelines • 8 guests maximum • Larger productions available upon request • No pets permitted • Music is welcome at a respectful level Creative Block Studios operates as a shared production environment. You will have exclusive access to your reserved set; however, other productions may be present in nearby areas. For complete light or sound control, please inquire about booking a closed set. Set Access Policy: Access is limited to the sets included in this booking. Additional sets may be added at a discounted rate with prior approval. Unauthorized use or interaction with unreserved sets will result in an automatic $250 charge. Rescheduling Policy • One reschedule permitted • $45 rescheduling fee • New date must be within 30 days of original booking • Within 48 hours of your session: a new booking is required Creative Block Studios is also available for intimate events and custom productions.
