    About the Space

    We offer a multifunctional event home, this space is perfect for business and social events such as: -Birthdays -Dinner Parties -Bridal Showers -Engagement Parties -Baby Showers -Book Signing -Workshops -Listening Parties -Podcast/ Production shoots and more! This naturally lit & vibrant home resides east of Atlanta. It features a large open living room, bonus room, dining room, half bath, and a spacious kitchen with a center island. There is a back porch with large deck available for rental. Our kitchen includes plenty of counter space for catering use but appliances are not available for use. The high 2-storied ceilings in the living room offer an elevated aesthetic, natural lighting, and an inviting space to host guests. We offer free street parking in front of the house for up to 6-8 cars. We are not responsible for anyone's vehicle.     Cancellation Policy

    Standard 30 day

    Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
    All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
