Large living room with stone fireplace, opens to the dining room that comfortably seats 10, bright and white farmhouse kitchen with high end appliances and counter seating. Beautiful wide oak wood floors throughout. A blue stone patio overlooks the sailboats across Sages Basin, Shelter Island across the bay, and a deep water canal. There are two docks, a boat (in season) and kayaks, a jet ski, and paddle boards. An adorable separate 2 bedroom cottage is available for overnight stays.

The house is professionally cleaned every week. The bathrooms are sanitized and all towels and linens are washed.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
