With our ample meeting space, our studio is perfect for: team meetings, off-sites, conferences, presentations, classes, workshops, small gatherings, product launches, cocktail hours, or anything else your team comes up with! We have a Floral Wall, Grass Wall, and Brick Wall for decor. They can be used for influencers, photography, and streaming. In addition to the decor, we also have LED lighting, round tables, or long 6ft tables and chairs. For an additional fee, we have optional features available to you: - In-house beverages (soda/water/juice): $2/pp - Flatware to serve 25 guests: $50 - Audio Equipment (Bluetooth Speaker): $50 There is one restroom onsite. There will always be an on-site manager present in case you need any assistance throughout your booking. We are two blocks from the El Valle Dominican Restaurant, Don Chile Mexican, New Mama's Fried Chicken and Pizza, McDonalds, Hunts Point Chinese and other popular local restaurants.

The space is cleaned and disinfected before and after each event. Cleaning fee after event is $100.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
