This law firm overlooks the New York City bay which is unusual! Two small offices plus a medium size conference room with a small kitchen area are all available for production, and a balcony. Enter into the space at a good sized and traditional receptionist's desk. Perfect set up for your work-themed photos or scene. Note: We rep another small office on this same hall that can be booked together as well. Security deposit: $2000/day. Let us know if you'd like to scout.

The space is professionally cleaned. We allow for time in between bookings. We expect production to be vaxxed and tested (owners are vaxxed) and to provide any supplies as are needed.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
