For full equipment list, please see our FAQ section below. Booking Options *SELF SERVICE* - (Base Rate) The studio is ready upon your arrival with 3 cameras, 2 lights, and mics. Who should book this option?: Experienced production professionals who are familiar with the provided equipment or who are bringing their own equipment. What you get: All studio equipment + full control. You handle: Operating equipment, monitoring audio, managing recording. This option does not include technical support. *HASSLE FREE* - (Add-On) Sit down and start recording - One technician monitors your audio, manages the cameras, and live edits your episode while you record. Leave with a polished video file plus all your raw footage. Uses our standard studio setup (no custom arrangements for furniture, lighting or camera angles). Who should book this option?: Those who want a seamless, off the shelf recording experience with a technician to run all the equipment. What you get: Technician operator, live-edited episode, all raw files. You handle: Creating amazing content. *CUSTOM PRODUCTION* - (Add-On) Transform the studio to match your vision. Our 2-person crew customizes everything—furniture layout, lighting design, and camera angles while you enjoy perks like our green room for hair/makeup/wardrobe, snacks, and paid parking for two. Perfect when appearance and ambiance matter as much as content. Who should book this option?: Creators who want the full production experience with their own crew. What you get: Pre-production planning call, 2 crew members, customized studio design, teleprompter, green room access, live editing, snack bar, parking, all files. Yes, all equipment is included in the hourly rate and set to our standard configuration unless you choose not to use it. 2. What equipment is included? Cameras: (2) Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6K G2 (1) Sony FX3 Audio: (1) Rodecaster Pro II, (4) Shure SM7B Microphones Lights: (2) Aputure 300 D Lights Live Editing: (1) ATEM Mini Pro Iso 3. What should I bring? For all bookings, please bring your own media storage: (3) 512GB Sandisk V30 SD cards if recording in 4K and (1) 32GB Micro SD card for audio files. If live editing or recording in 1080p, please bring (1) 1TB SSD and (1) 32GB Micro SD card for audio files. Digital media upload is available for an additional fee. 4. What is the best time to shoot? During this season, the ideal shoot time is between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 5. How many people can record at once? Studio A accommodates up to 4 recording guests and 7 total attendees. Larger groups may incur additional fees. 6. Is WiFi available? Yes, high-speed WiFi is provided, and the password will be shared upon arrival. 7. Can I bring food? Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring outside catering. We can’t wait to help bring your vision to life!

Health and Safety Measures

We clean and disinfect after every guest and allow time to do so between time slots.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
