Elysium DTLA offers three rentable spaces: Our primary 8,000 sq ft all white daylight gallery located on the top floor, An 8000 sq ft dark, brutalist, secondary gallery located on the 2nd floor. Either studio can be combined or utilized as production basecamp, VIP holding, primary shooting space, additional shooting space, or event overflow. Last but not least, our crown jewel. A one of a kind 9,000 sq ft Rooftop Skyline Oasis with one of the best unobstructed 360 degree city views of DTLA. All 3 stages can be combined for an impressive 25,000 sq ft of shooting or event space. Owned and operated by a group of some of this most notable and highly experienced Los Angeles creatives Elysium DTLA also boasts a full in house support team for any of your production needs. Only 10 minutes from Crypto Arena, 20 minutes from Intuit Dome and 30 minutes from LAX, we are perfectly central to the Arts District, Historic Core, Santee Alley, Broadway, Major Hotels and some of the best food options L.A. has to offer. We offer an in house production team that provides seamless event planning support, ensuring every detail is perfected. We have p.a's, set designers, camera or lighting team, MUA's, and event planners. Optional 9000 square ft rooftop sanctuary with skyline views available as an add on. Perfect for VIP area, Private Dinners, or Wedding proposals. RULES: Please Note that due to our proximity to residential apartments we cannot allow DJ’s or loud music after 12pm in the stage and 9pm for the rooftop. Scouting is strictly based on our availability due to the fact we often have closed sets where the clients are shooting unreleased products or a celebrity is on site. Overtime is charged by the hour or fraction of. Due to insurance no smoking, alchohol, or drug use of any kind is not allowed on the rooftop. No special effects such as pyro, spray paint, glitter, confetti, fake blood or anything that can damage or alter the floors We do not do holds. As a studio of creatives we understand that even if you are a small production you should not be treated any different than a major production. We have become a successful studio by not basing our business on money rather focus on our future clients. Whoever puts a deposit down first you are guaranteed your date and will not be bumped for a bigger job. We also understand things happen so if by chance your production needs to reschedule your deposit will be applied to the next date you book. Please do not exceed the agreed upon number of cast and crew. Rates have been established based on the impact to the studio and use of water and electricity. 1 or 2 people stopping by to say hi is fine but not disclosing to us multiple extras or guests in your initial cast and crew count no matter how long they are there will increase the rate of the original booking. Scouting is strictly based on our availability due to the fact we often have closed sets where the clients are shooting unreleased products or a celebrity is on site. We will do our best to accommodate a time for you to see the space as we know it's important. Scouts are limited to 1 hour. Booking starts the moment the first crew member enters the property and ends when then last crew member exits the property. Overtime is charged by the hour or fraction of. Due to insurance no smoking, alchohol, or drug use of any kind is not allowed on the rooftop. No special effects such as pyro, spray paint, glitter, confetti, fake blood or anything that can damage or alter the concrete floors, windows, walls, or ceiling unless approved by studio ahead of booking. Large items such as wood or props must be taken off property. Only normal trash items such as food, recycling, etc are allowed to go into our bins. Please take this into consideration if you are doing large extensive set builds. It is your responsibilty to make sure you have all the proper permits and insurance for major productions in this space. Permits apply to interior of the building only unless otherwise permitted for the street. Any use of generators will require a permit as they will have to be outside of the building on the street. Separate permits such as a fire marshall or special event permit may be required based on the type of production you are requesting or if you are using the rooftop. Please inquire if you have any questions. No spray paint/paint/or colored liquids in the space or rooftop. You will be charged a hefty damage fee for staining any of the floors walls or windows with any type of paint etc. Trash bins are for normal production trash only such as food, recyclables such as bottles and cans etc. Wood, Seamless, Props, etc must be removed from the property. If you try to leave in the trash bins you will be charged a disposal fee of 350 dollars.

Health and Safety Measures

We have a state of the art stand up thermal temperature scanner and mask recognition machine on site. We have Alcohol spray, lysol, gloves, and disposable mask available for free. Every hour the site rep will be disinfecting shared surfaces such as door handles, restrooms, and kitchen areas

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
