The Shears Meeting Room, located on the main floor of the building, is a 200 sq ft private meeting space with designer furnishings and high-tech amenities. Gather your team around the 8-person round marble table to optimize your meeting time together. This conference room includes a ClickShare conferencing system with TV/Speaker/Camera to support presentations and video conferencing with others. A glass white board wall within the room assists in getting all the ideas noted. ADD-ON amenities include coffee, tea and NA beverage service and concierge/business center with printing options. Perfect for small team workshop or in-person client meetings.

Cleaning policy consists of a professional deep-clean between each booking, including spaced out bookings to allow for appropriate and thorough cleaning measures.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
