My one-of-a-kind two bedroom is frescoed and furnished and has been featured in Departures Magazine, the LA Times, Openhouse Magazine, and the coffee table books "The Cool and Collected Homes of the New Bohemians" and the "The New Antiquarians" It is 1300 square feet and not recommended for shoots that need large open spaces.

Professional cleaners are booked in between shoots. While shoots themselves are rare, as the space is primarily a residence.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
