Our newly renovated space combines historic charm with modern amenities, featuring original hardwood floors, high ceilings, and extraordinary natural light. Equipped with fast Wi-Fi and a large TV with Apple TV for seamless presentations. Enjoy both indoor and outdoor areas, including a sunny, shaded patio ideal for breakout sessions or casual networking. The rental includes use of indoor and outdoor spaces, a refrigerator, sinks, four 6-ft folding tables, and fifteen chairs. Guests are also welcome to bring in their own catering, vendors, or decor to personalize the experience. We can help with coordination for furniture rental if needed. Conveniently located in the heart of Downtown San Mateo on 3rd Avenue near El Camino, we’re just a short walk from Caltrain and surrounded by great restaurants, bakeries, and cafes. Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
