About West Loop Rental Studio
The studio is a 4000 sq ft space overall which is perfect for major production shoots and workshops. We are less than 1 mile away from the main production rental house in Houston.
Meeting Rentals include the use of:
- Studio B : 40ft x 50ft (2000 sq ft) shooting space with 20 foot ceilings and blank wall to project on
- 12ft x 14ft garage access,
- lounge/greenroom area,
- 2 bathrooms, and
- off street parking in front of the entrance.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
