About West Loop Rental Studio
The studio is a 4000 sq ft space overall which is perfect for major production shoots and workshops. We are less than 1 mile away from the main production rental house in Houston (TEXCAM). The STUDIO B Rental includes: - Studio B is a 40ft x 50ft (2000 sq ft) shooting space with 20 foot ceilings - 12ft x 14ft garage access, - lounge/consult area, - makeup/dressing area, - 2 bathrooms, and - off street parking in front of the entrance for up to 15 cars, 15-20 additional spaces are available within the warehouse park. The standard rental is for the Studio B space, with shared use of the Lounge and Makeup areas.

We wipe down high touch surfaces between rentals, and provide disinfecting wipes and hand sanitizer in the Studio areas. .
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
