Rate is for ONE Stage (your choice), Black Void Common Area, and all Amenity Rooms. Ask to add the second stage. Large Multi-Stage studio conveniently located in the heart of Burbank. Over 11,000 sq ft of Blank creative space ready to host your event! Break out the red carpet and feel like a movie star on a real working studio where hundreds of music videos, commercials, and movies have been filmed. A large space runs the length of our studio with plenty of room for catering setups, tables and chairs, mingling, etc. Off of that space are our TWO stages. Our CYCLORAMA stage is prelit with colorful LED lights. This makes a wonderful spot for photo ops or dancing! The second BLACKBOX STAGE is a large open area, perfect for live music and dancing! And, of COURSE we have: VIP Greenroom area with private bathroom. Hair/Makeup Room with dual vanities Additional private greenroom/wardrobe room Hi-Speed Wifi Free air-conditioning! Three additional bathrooms Plenty of street parking in a quiet neighborhood! Space rental includes a starter supplies package of: (10) fold-out tables, (30) chairs, (12) director's chairs, fans, first aid kit.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
