Previously home to iconic production studio Fast Ashley’s, The Annex is an intimate but versatile 2800 square foot meetings and events space. Whether planning a small dinner, business meeting, corporate offsite, or larger private event, The Annex is the perfect place to host it. A former foundry, The Annex has been reimagined to provide modern-day amenities in a unique setting that combines thoughtful design with architectural features honoring the building's industrial past. The Annex can host up to 75 guests and comprises a 1350 square foot Main Hall perfect for larger events and a smaller 600 square foot Lounge with an open pantry ideal for more intimate dinners, cocktails, or meetings. From design to final production, our experienced in-house team offers full-service event planning and will work closely with you to bring your vision to life. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
