About the Space
Whether you're visiting for work or pleasure, this wine themed home is a relaxing retreat close to everything. You will be in the center of all the action with the Cascades Casino, Penticton Event Centre, Community Theater, Recreation Centre, Hockey Arena and Okanagan Hockey School just across the road. Just a short walk to the beach and restaurants at Okanagan Lake and downtown Penticton. You can enjoy staying in the city and within 30 mins you can be skiing in the mountains at Apex Mountain!

-No Smoking - This is a smoke-free property. No smoking or vaping is allowed.
-No Parties - No loud parties are permitted within the vicinities.
-No Pets - We love animals but chose to make this home pet-free. Please do not bring any animals.
-Quiet Time - Please respect our neighbors by keeping the noise down after 10 pm.
-Breakages - We understand that sometimes accidents happen! Should anything break during your stay, please let us know immediately. Thank you!
-Campfire - Follow campfire ban restrictions when using the firepit.
-No Burning - No burning of wax candles allowed as it is a fire hazard.
-Items - The furnishings and amenities provided are for your enjoyment during your stay. -Please do not take any of the items home with you. This will result in an additional charge to you to replace the items.
-Recycle bins - Garbage and recycle bins are located in the parking area.
-BBQ Grill - Clean BBQ grill after each use.
-Outdoor Gas Heater- Turn off the outdoor gas heater every after use.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and put the dishwasher on before leaving.
Take out all garbage and place it in the appropriate garbage and recycle bins located it in the parking area.
Put things back as you found it.
Ensure that all lights and air conditioners are turned off.
Lock all doors and windows.
Inform host when you have checked out and of anything damaged or not working.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
