Welcome to our light and plant-filled guest suite, close to downtown Seattle. Our guest suite is the top floor apartment of our home, with a separate entrance & north facing windows. You'll have the entire suite, a 1 bedroom, 1 bath unit with a full kitchen & large living room and balcony, all to yourself. We have a beautiful view of the greenbelt in front of our home. Whether you are photographing a family shoot or filming for Youtube, our space is perfect for you!

We make sure to sanitize between guests. This is usually an Airbnb so we deep clean between guests that stay the night.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
