The Workspace Lofts is a bright, modern loft space in downtown Toronto, designed for filmmakers, photographers, and content creators. With 1,300 square feet of open-concept space, exposed brick, soaring 12-foot ceilings, and large corner windows, our venue offers a stunning backdrop for photo shoots, video productions, commercial filming, and content creation. The space is production-friendly, featuring multiple shooting areas, natural light, and a variety of textures to enhance your visuals. A freight elevator allows for easy equipment and prop load-in, while the high-speed WiFi, projector with HDMI connectivity, and wireless speaker ensure seamless production support. A full kitchen with a fridge, oven, and sink is also available for food styling, catering, or crew breaks. Trusted by industry professionals, The Workspace Lofts has been the setting for editorial shoots, commercial campaigns, indie films, and branded content. Available 7 days a week from 6 AM to 12 AM with a 2-hour minimum booking. We take great care to ensure that the studio is clean, sanitized, and ready for every guest. Our space is professionally cleaned between bookings, including all high-touch surfaces, kitchen areas, and restrooms. We ask that guests respect the space and leave it in the same condition they found it. If any spills or messes occur during your booking, please clean them up promptly to help us maintain the studio’s high standards for all visitors. If you have any concerns or notice anything out of place upon arrival, feel free to reach out.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
