Our house is perched on top of a mountain with uninterrupted views of the landscape beyond. Each evening beautiful sunsets light the whole house with a basking glow. The open concept home, backyard and large deck are perfect for relaxing the day away and soaking up those sunsets. Downstairs features a large open room with 12' ceilings and large windows as well. Located 75 minutes from NYC and nestled in Fahnestock State Park which offers endless hiking trails. Also close by are Cold Spring, Beacon, Storm King, Fishkill Farms

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
