900 square feet of Open concept designer space, with a sophisticated yet playful vibe The space features lots of natural light, with large windows throught out the space and stunning kitchenette with a sink, mini fridge and coffee/tea station. High-end whimsical finishes, and custom unique furniture that provide the space with an inviting and playful ambience. Perfect for intimate events, professional photoshoots, meetings...etc Pictures dont do this space justice

General Rules
-No smoking or vaping
-No drugs (all types including cannabis)
-No nude or pornography shoots
-No sexual intimacy / healing workshops
-No sub-rentals
-No pets or exotic animals
-No alcohol served passed 8pm
(At any time, if the VENUE staff deems alcohol consumption to be excessive, the staff has the authority to close down all alcohol service and/or evict inebriated guests from the premises)
-No alcohol served to minors
-use of glue, hanging strings, tacks, nails to hang
decorations is prohibited
- No glitter, rice, confetti, or flower petals may be used on the ground indoors or outdoors
- No sparklers, open flames or candles of any kind are permitted without explicit approval by the VENUE.
-All Events must end by 10:00 pm to comply with the City sound ordinances and in order to allow for clean-up and closure of the site by 11:00pm
- outside catering allowed
- Placement of tables, chairs, live music, equipment...etc must be approved by venu
- All decorations must be placed and removed without leaving damage. Be kind and leave the property as you found it.

Health and Safety Measures
The place is immaculate and kept very clean, and is constantly disinfected and maintained.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
