The bedrooms are large and spacious with walk-in closets. Selfies in the LED washroom mirror are stunning. Pampas grass decorates the living room where you will have access to live tv, sporting events, Netflix and more. The second bedroom is great for setting up backdrops and is designed to be multi-functional and can be transformed into an office, bedroom, exercise area. The main room will be available on request or depending on the type of event your hosting. Two minutes walk to the subway station that takes you to Downtown Toronto in 20 minutes. Nestled between Dentonia Park, Taylor Massey Creek and Dentonia Golf Course, a jewel in the heart of the city. Enjoy a scenic view while on a stroll through Taylor Massey Creek Trail, great for bike rides and long walks. There’s so much to do here, free outdoor amenities like Basketball Courts, Soccer Fields, Baseball Diamonds, Playgrounds and much more.

Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
