The perfect space for your event or offsite. Quiet, easily accessible but private, this space is located just one block from Humboldt Park in Logan Square / "West Bucktown". Two large skylights flood light into the centrally located space. Space enough for a group of 50 seated or 80 standing, the space also feels both wide open and intimate. It is a perfect space for events both day and evening, a meeting offsite to reset or an event to celebrate.
The space is fully temperature controlled, includes a full bathroom, Wi-Fi, private entrance and has rental package options for any kind of event. A blank canvas that you can truly make your own.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
