Located inside a 3 bedroom apartment, this room is just right for photo shoots, video shoots, interviews, YouTube studio recording or live streaming. Plenty of sunlight. Bay windows. Hardwood floors. Easy access to street. Secure safe location. We are about a 15 minutes from Manhattan. This is a furnished space with lovely modern styling, chaise lounge, couch, loveseat, chairs, etc. Complete self-service! You will be provided with two access codes that will allow you to gain access to the studio. The first code will allow you to gain entry into the building. The second code will allow you to gain entry into the studio space and will only work during your scheduled booking times. Our space is located in a small town just outside of midtown Manhattan, NYC in West New York NJ. We have several rooms available. This one is 200 sqft of space to use for your photoshoots, video-shoots. . We are a 8 minute walk from the Grand Street stop on the L train. The space is flooded with natural light and huge windows. 9ft ceilings and east facing windows, great light throughout the day. 500 SquareFeet You bring all of your equipment yourself. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
