Included with the Stage rental (already inside the stage) EQUIPMENT: 1 x wireless trigger, 1 x receiver, 3 x alien bees B800, 3 x alien bees power cords, 3 x light modifiers – your choice of three or any available, 3 x 40” c-stands, 1 x mini-boom, 3 x sandbags, 3 x a-clamps, 2 x extension cords, 1 x power strip, 1 x full apple box, 1 x rolling cart, 3 cloth backdrops Also inside the stage: - makeup station with dimmable lights and two stools, - 1 x clothing rack (no hangers), - separate changing room - 1 x speaker with bluetooth/aux cord, Rates exclude cleaning/damage fee (billed only upon occurrence). - Additional strobe head is available at $35 (includes a strobe, a c-stand, a power cord and an available light modifier). - Stage is not soundproof. Cyc Wall & Repaint Info 🎨 * The cyc wall is comes as is from previous bookings(mild footprints, marks, scratches, etc) . If you’d like a fresh repaint before your shoot, we offer it for $75. * Repaints must be approved in advance—we’ll check availability before confirming. * If you’re requesting a repaint, your booking must start before noon, and there can’t be another booking before yours that day. Paper backdrops - A backdrop is Free if you are shooting portraits and don’t roll out the backdrop on a floor, don’t step on it or damage it. But if the backdrop got damaged anyways (wrinkled, stained, ripped, bent, etc.) - $29.99 rate. - One sweep (up to 6 ft on the floor) of the backdrop during the shoot that we had to cut. damaged a portion of the backdrop: left footprints, ripped, wrinkled, stained, scratched it, etc. - flat $29.99 fee. - Several sweeps (more than 6 ft on the floor) of backdrop, had to be cut the backdrop multiple times. In such a case the client has to pay $59. If you'd like to buy the whole backdrop or damage the whole roll – it’s $75. All overnight bookings that go beyond 11 PM, bookings with more than 20 attendees, or at the discretion of the host, a security deposit may be required. require a refundable security deposit of $525, collected in advance. The deposit is fully refunded after the booking, provided the studio is returned in good condition with no outstanding charges. Any damages, booking extensions, additional services, rentals, or rule violations will be deducted from the deposit. Please do not step on the curve of the cyc wall and do not touch walls or stick anything unless pre-approved by us. Violations may result in a repaint fee charged.
