About the Space
Our newly constructed modern is great for meetings, private gatherings, baby showers, photoshoots, commercials, and/or music videos. The kitchen has tons of counter space for laying out decor and d'oeuvres. Gold fixtures and emerald green accents bring a modern class and style into the space. The main level has 10 foot ceilings and an open layout making it easy to accommodate many guests for your event. We have 12' sliding glass wall that allows for the space to be opened up to the outside. Patio furniture is provided on both the back yard patio and the back deck. With numerous windows in every room the space is perfectly lit for meetings. Walking distance to the Atlanta Beltline and Slutty Vegan, and driving distance to Monday Night Garage, Best End Brewing, Boxcar and much more. The space holds 20 guests comfortably. Free parking is offered on the street in front of the house for 6-8 cars. Please read the cancellation policy, rescheduling needs to be done at least 4 weeks in advance to be honored. Please note the garage and bedrooms will not be accessible. To be clear this only includes the living room, kitchen, bathroom and backyard. Also due to neighbor complaints we can no longer allow DJ's or Live Bands.

House is thoroughly cleaned prior to and after each event. All surfaces are disinfected, bathrooms cleaned, kitchen is cleaned and disinfected.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
