About the Space
I have a decent sized flex space in Mid-city neighborhood. The working area is about 3,500 sqft with a oversized CYC wall. Plenty of power for any kind of production with good distro. Two bathrooms with a shower. Large kitchen with everything you would need for catering or just to use for a breakroom (or office!). We have a nice paved outdoor area thats secure and allows for easy loading and unloading into the space. Onsite manager that can oversee any production and make sure things runs smooth. We have a forklift and man-lift onsite that make unloading trucks or installing lights into the lighting grid a breeze. This space is best for small builds or small productions/events.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
