About the Space
The studio is a shipping container converted into a photo studio and sales space. At the entrance, you'll find a sales area to conduct image reveals or meetings with clients, as well as counter space if needed for a hair and makeup station. The garage space has been converted into a dark and moody boudoir/lifestyle studio, including a bed, chaise lounge, vanity, mantle, and several seating options. Artificial lighting is provided at 5000 kelvin through faux windows. A client closet of sizes XS-4X, and shoes size 6-10, as well as four sets of angel wings are available as an add on for an additional rental fee, which is located on the second floor. There are two bathrooms available in the studio, one is located downstairs, and one is located upstairs. HVAC is available throughout the entire studio to keep a comfortable temperature for you and your clients. Limited edition holiday sets are available: Halloween will be available through October 31. Christmas will be available November 8-December 26.

Linens and client closet items are laundered after each rental. The studio space is cleaned and disinfected daily.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
