There are three surface parking lots on the south side of Adelaide, directly across from the Capitol Buildings.

Please see below for our property managers rules :) Passenger elevators in the front - NO furniture or large items are permitted. Freight Elevator: It's located at the back of the building - Reservations are required, so please let the host know so arrangements can be made. SECURITY: The building is unlocked between 7:00 A.M.– 7:00 P.M. on weekdays, excluding holidays. Security Key Fobs are required for after-hour entry and are available for a refundable deposit of $100.00 each. If you have a special event after these hours, you must notify our office and have security remain at the entrance of the building to admit your guests. LOADING AREA: The Laneway / Freight Elevator area is only to be used for loading and unloading. There is absolutely NO PARKING within these areas. Please place a note in the window of your vehicle stating your whereabouts and telephone number during loading/unloading. WASHROOMS: Common area washrooms are serviced on weeknights. If there is a problem during the day, please call the Management Office. SMOKING: This is a SMOKE-FREE WORKPLACE building as per the City of Toronto By-laws. No smoking is allowed in the building or at the entrance of the building.
