About the Space
Come enjoy the serene country at our Bar-N located just 45 minutes outside of Austin or College Station, 30 minutes to Bastrop or Round Top. The Bar-N sits on 41 acres on a private road. Available for entertainment is a commercial grade pool table, 75" TV, WiFi, Darts, Corn hole, Foosball or Air Hockey. During the cold months, we have a wood burning stove available to enjoy our amenities at a comfortable temperature. This barn has been enjoyed for parties, photoshoots, showers and more. Feel free to use our glass front commercial refrigerator. There is a large sink with hot and cold water and plenty of stainless steel counter space. There is a bathroom located inside the barn for you and your guests. If you need tables, chairs, linens or extra amenities we can help arrange those for you.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
