This beautiful and bright modern brand-new house is great for any type of photo shoot, filming and mini-events. The space offers natural light throughout; the decor is modern but minimalist. Open floor plan with kitchen and living room on the same level. For usable areas include: Living room Kitchen Guest washroom Front yard ***Please note that the second floor is not included. Our goal is to make sure that we can accommodate all of your needs in the most professional manner. We aim to please, and look forward to welcoming you and your production into our space.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
