Our cleaning process is designed to keep the space as beautiful and inviting as the moment you first stepped in. *After each event, our team thoroughly sanitizes all surfaces, including the live-edge table, chairs, and dishes. *We sweep and mop the floor to keep it sparkling. *All linens and cloth items are washed and pressed. *We water and care for the plants to ensure the lush greenery remains vibrant. Our goal is to provide you with a space that is as inviting as it was when you first arrived. By maintaining our high standards of cleanliness, we can ensure that the magic and enchantment of our space remain intact for all to enjoy.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
