If you're looking for a shooting location with historic character, filled with plants, books, and vintage treasures, this is it! You'd have access to the open-concept main floor of our apartment (cozy living room, rainbow bookshelf wall, exposed brick kitchen stocked with tea and coffee), and the washroom upstairs. Our place is centrally located in Cabbagetown and has been featured in home tours for Apartment Therapy and Toronto Life. Our place is ideal for: - Photoshoots - Smaller-scale films - Content creation/TikTok/blogging/YouTube videos IMPORTANT: This is my own studio apartment where my partner and I live! In case of any allergies, and for your planning, please note that we have two sweet black cats who may come say hello. One of us will be home with them, and we'll keep to ourselves in the curtained off bedroom upstairs unless we can help with anything. That said, our apartment being open-concept with no way to confine them, the cats roaming around (and potentially trying to "help" with your shoot) is part of the package deal!
