    About the Space

The space is a 1908 Craftsman house which sits on a larger 52K sqft lot used for trucking, trailers, and machinery. The Office/House is clean, well put together with a lot of character, furniture, desks, a fireplace, nice lighting, and works well for filming scenes as needed. There is a bathroom, kitchen area for use as needed. There is a nicely situatied front porch as well.
