This cozy room seats up to 12 guests and is conveniently located near adjacent rooms and open spaces for seamless flow during larger events. This space includes: - HD flat screen TV, - Strong Wi-Fi and video conferencing (OWL or Logitech) - Whiteboard for brainstorming and presentations - Complimentary coffee, tea, and water - On-site Community Manager support - Catering partners available - Free parking - Evening and weekend availability (additional staffing fees may apply for events over 20 attendees or off-hours) Available weekdays 9 AM – 5 PM ($75/hr). Evening and weekend bookings available upon request ($100/hr + applicable fees). A $25 non-refundable scheduling fee applies.
