HD flat-screen TV, conference-call phone, awesome sound system, soundproofing, high-tech equipment. The HAYVN team will also be on standby — for more water, tech support and a last minute “You’ve got this!” To play it safe and make sure your ideal space is available, book your meeting room 1-2 weeks in advance. Want to do a spontaneous meeting - if there’s a space available, it’s yours! Located just off I-95, 1 mile from Darien Metro-North Station, and close to Merritt Parkway. Plenty of easy free parking. Cleaning is professionally done twice a day. Special air purifiers are within space in addition to outside air ventilation. Additional disinfecting and wipe downs are done by staff.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
