About Primo Studios
Fully renovated private building and parking lot with no shared walls and no shared parking. This studio is completely private and contains a 30ft wide & 20ft deep corner cyclorama with 16ft tall white ceilings, perfect for bouncing light. It has warm polished concrete floors with multiple white wall shooting options. Studio also has 2 private bathrooms, kitchenette, high speed WiFi, lounge area, bluetooth sound system, central air & heating, 200 amp power, and a private styling/hair & make up room with dual vanity station. Large 10ft x 8ft French doors allowing for natural light if desired and also for loading in large props for set design. Studio parking lot has a private loading dock and a roll up ramp. On site equipment room with plenty of equipment and production gear available for rent as well.

After each booking, the space is swept and mopped, all trash emptied, all surfaces disinfected and wiped down, and thorough cleaning throughout the whole studio.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
