We have 2 floors: Main floor has wood floors great for dance, yoga, acrobatics, martial arts, gymnastics, fitness, photography, theatre, singing, stunt practice, classes and more. Awesome place for special events (spiritual gatherings, sound bath, breath work, etc) Sat and Sun after 6 pm. Lower level is more like a dojo and is covered with fitness work out mats. Great for martial arts, taekwondo, jujitsu, grappling, fitness classes, boot camp, gymnastics, stunt practice, etc. Perfect location, large windows, beautiful space. Free Parking at the back of the studio Close to bus stop, sky train, stores, coffee shops, mall and restaurants Both rooms have sound system, bathrooms, large full size mirrors. We have fold up tables and chairs. No shoes allowed indoors. Discount when booking more hours p/week. Light cleaning afterwards required. Depending on the rental, we ask for a $25 cleaning fee or due it yourself.

CLEANING / DAMAGES Guests are required to do a light cleaning after use which I will explain in person. If that is not possible, we can bring our own cleaners, but will add a cleaning fee on top. We also have professional cleaners on a regular basis. No shoes allowed. Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. No glitter or confetti can be used.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
