Oasis Haven of Kingdom Renewal Centers (K-ARC) offers non-profits, corporate, and faith-based groups renewal settings with weekly or weekend stays. Our goal is to provide a place for groups to connect, re-focus, or plan for their future leadership events. Ideal location for preparing, planning, writing, and creating new ventures. This space is useful for conferences, workshops, group retreats, and weddings (group set-up required). The lake house is located in a peaceful lakeview onj Smith Mountain Lake allowing guests to get refreshed and renewed with inner clarity and spiritual health direction to live life to the fullest. This site is walking distance to Smith Mountain Lake State Park. Great setting for boating, fishing, camping, biking and boondocking. Accommodations: This 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom lake house, home setting offers; Spacious bedrooms, queen and twin beds 2/3 to a room, 3 baths (up to 7-10 overnight guests), with large rooms, open concept gathering space, outdoor decks, and fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy beautiful lakes, gazebos, firepit, and more. Garage space and usage is potentially available, based on individual need and request.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
