Located on a quiet block in north Belltown, we are a freshly renovated Art Deco building with multiple event space options and thoughtfully design meeting spaces. Truly one-of-a-kind in Seattle! The Card Room is a 1,000 sq ft fully private meeting space with speakeasy vibes with capacity for 30 seated and up to 50 guests reception-style. Perfect for team meetings, company gatherings, off-site team retreats, and milestone occasions. The space also comes with a projector and a 10-foot retractable screen and access to a Polycom phone. There are multiple soft-seating breakout areas, as well as large windows overlooking the exterior courtyard. ADD-ON the exterior courtyard to your rental to extend your event outdoors. Work directly with our Event Director to plan all food & beverages needs. We welcome off-site meetings, team workshops, company parties, and milestone celebrations. Cleaning policy consists of a professional clean between each booking, including spaced out bookings to allow for appropriate and thorough cleaning measures.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
