This is a 4,420 square foot office building that was originally built in the 1960's and still features a vintage interior with an array of textured walls, wood paneling and carpeted floors. The Location offers a total of five individual offices - one of which is a master office with its own private bathroom and an extravagant wet bar. In addition to the five offices we also offer a sizable conference room with a 10 foot long vintage, granite conference table as well as a reception and lobby area, 2 additional bathrooms, 2 serviceable kitchens and 2 additional storage or vanities rooms located in the back. The Location also offers gated parking for up to 3 cars or 2 trucks as well as additional parking in the alleyway.

We hire cleaners before and after bookings / whenever necessary.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
